We typically respond to all emails within 48 hours on weekdays. For bug reports with clear steps to reproduce, we aim to investigate within 24 hours.
Before you contact us
If you're having trouble generating an email, try refreshing the page and generating again — occasional timeouts can happen. If you're seeing an "API key not configured" error, it means we're aware and working on a fix.
If a generated email has placeholder fields like [Your Name] that weren't auto-detected in the fill form, simply fill them in manually before sending — the AI occasionally formats placeholders slightly differently.
Privacy
We do not store the emails you generate. Prompts are sent to our server-side API proxy and forwarded to the AI model — nothing is logged or retained on our end. See our Disclaimer for full details.
